mid-day to sunset and it makes eating alfresco a
lovely occasion. It is a very comfortable and warm
apartment. The furniture includes full size sofa,
coffee table, small table and chairs for indoor
dining in the winter months and TV with most uk
channels. The apartment has the benefit of air
condition in the Lounge and bedroom and a good
selection of books. A put u up bed or cot can be
supplied for small child.
Satellite TV is also provided with the following
Stations: BBC1 BBC2 BBC3 ITV1 ITV2 ITV3 ITV4 CH4 CH5
E4,Sky One, True Movies 2, Comedy Channel, Sky
Sports 1,2,3 - Sky News, Euro sport and the National
Geographic Channel. Internet is available from the
community office, just a few steps away. This
apartment is ideal for both holidays and longer
stays.

TERRACE
This larger than average terrace is West facing
and is a direct expansion of the lounge area and is
ideal for alfresco dining. The terrace also has the
benefit of a permanent shaded area directly outside
the patio doors followed by a sun area ideal for
taking in the rays. This apartment enjoys sun for
most of the day until sunset and is ideal for those
wishing to sunbathe in private as it has 2 sunbeds
as well as table and chairs.
The views from the terrace are breathtaking and most
people can spend hours just looking and the variety
of vistas available. You will never grow tired of
looking at the spectacular views of the Mountains
and Golf course. The pool is just a short walk
across the courtyard if you wish to take a dip.
Many people never make it to the Pool area which is
just below, as they enjoy the terrace so much. Ideal
for relaxing with a nice bottle of wine. |

This spacious apartment has the benefit of a
neat compact galley kitchen, which has been
carefully separated with a partition which has been
thought out and very well planned. The kitchen area
is very workable and ideal for creating various
meals alike. The kitchen comes fully equipped with
washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge
freezer and the usual electric kettle, toaster etc.
All crockery, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and
utensils are supplied.
With the open planned theme, you are never far away
from any guests you might invite for a small bite to
eat or drink. It makes the apartment very social and
friendly. Easy access to the terrace, makes Alfresco

The bedroom has the benefit of full size French
doors opening on to the famous Castle courtyard
which is a spectacular view in itself. The bedroom
has the benefit of a Double bed, two bed side
cabinets, chest of drawers and air conditioning,
which is an advantage in the summer months.
Mirrored wardrobes give plenty of storage for
clothes. All linen and towels are supplied. The
luxury soft furnishings finish the bedroom off
nicely. During the day you can hear the tranquil
sound of the fountain in the centre of the

The apartment has a compacted bathroom with the
benefits of a full size bath/shower, toilet and wash
hand basin, and underfloor heating. The bathroom has
been tastefully decorated throughout with beautiful
Andalusian marble tiles making it truly Spanish.

towels, etc. are supplied.
