ABOUT CASA NAREN
This beautiful Ground Floor luxury apartment is
situated in the heart of Puebla Aida. It holds a
prime position just under the large arch at the top
of the Pueblo.
Casa Naren enjoys views of the heart pool and
gardens. The Apartment is accessed via a private
archway with intercom system via an ornate walkway.
The nearest pool is just a long the cobbled foot
path to the Infinity pool, which can be accessed
with the pool key.
There are 4 Communal Pools on the complex all within
a 1 – 2 min walk, ideal for small children. There
are several local bars and a mini market within
walking distance during the busy season. There is
also a Club House on the Golf course that does very
nice lunches and the walk is very nice. |

THE MASTER BEDROOM
The bedroom has been furnished to a good standard
with quality white wood furniture. It has the
benefit of quality ceiling fans and morning sun
light from the bedroom window, which makes this room
very light and airy. The bedroom consists of double
bed, two bed side cabinets with bed side lamps,
dressing table with large ornate mirror and two
bedroom chairs.
There is plenty of room for storing clothes etc with
the added space of the double mirrored wardrobes.
The bedroom has been decorated to a good standard
with beautiful soft furnishings.
The soft furnishings have been designed in a
beautiful colour scheme to give the room a clean and
bright happy feeling. The colours have also been
picked out in the contrasting bedroom furniture to

SECOND BEDROOM
This lovely bright airy room has been decorated to a
good standard, with quality soft furnishings. There
are two twin beds with headboards plus matching
bedside unit in the centre with bedside light.
There are a set of double mirrored wardrobes with
ample space for clothing. A quality ceiling fan has
been fitted , which is ideal for the hotter months.
There is a sliding window which opens out to the
ornate walk way, giving ample light. |

THE LOUNGE
The Lounge is a very spacious and comfortable and
ideal for chilling out and relaxing. It has been
furnished to a good standard, with a traditional
Spanish style brick arches being the main
attraction. The walls have large beautiful paintings
prints, making the walls interesting to look at. The
soft furnishings make it a home away from home.
There a two large cream leather sofas, on both with
two seats, large coffee table and a coffee table
with table lamp. The second half of the lounge makes
a dining area with a full size dining table and
chairs. The indoor dining area is ideal for the
winter months, when the temperatures are lower.
The Lounge has the added benefit of air conditioning
plus television/DVD with satellite TV which provides
the following channels; BBC1, BBC2, BBC3, ITV1,
ITV2, ITV3, ITV4, CH4, CH5, Sky One,E4, Sky True
Movies 2, Comedy Channel, Sky Sports 1,2,3 - Sky
News, Euro-sport and the National Geographic
Channel. The large Patio doors lead out to a large
spacious terrace, which over look the the heart Pool
and gardens. An extra bed can be supplied and placed
in the lounge suitable for a child if required. |

TERRACE
The terrace is very spacious with large covered area
ideal for those that prefer the shade during the
hotter months.
The terrace has a full size terrace set, consisting
of dining table and four chairs. The terrace is very
private as it is set back off of the ornate walkway,
with a flower garden on the other side. The terrace
is ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing. |

KITCHEN
This kitchen is very spacious and has plenty of
cupboard space and work surface for a holiday
apartment. It is very bright and airy with a windows
opening out on the beautiful Andalusia courtyard.
Designed to be open plan via the ornate brick
arches, this kitchen gives easy access to the dining
area and terrace.
The kitchen has been equipped to a very high
standard giving everything you could possible
attention to everything that you could possibly
need. The kitchen comprises of Oven/ Hob, microwave,
fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle,
and toaster. There is ample top quality crockery,
glassware, cutlery, pots and pans. This makes longer
stays and extended holidays very easy and
comfortable.
