ABOUT CASA ROISINI
This beautiful Ground Floor luxury apartment is
situated in the heart of Puebla Aida. It holds a
prime position just next to the Castle at Puebla
Aida which is the most prestigious part of the
Pueblo.
Casa Roisini enjoys views from the Los Laos and
Olivos Golf courses. The Apartment is accessed via a
private entrance with intercom system via an ornate
walkway just at the top of the steps leading to the
castle.. The nearest pool is just a long the cobbled
foot path to the Castle Pool, which can be accessed
with the pool key. There are 4 Communal Pools on the
complex all within a 1 – 2 min walk. There are
several local bars and a mini market within walking
distance during the busy season. There is also a
Club House on the Golf course that does very nice
lunches and the walk is very nice.

THE MASTER BEDROOM with ensuite bathroom
The bedroom has been furnished to a good standard
with quality white wood furniture. It has the
benefit of direct sun light from the Patio door,
which makes this room very light and airy. The
bedroom is fully air conditioned, which is a bonus
during the summer months.
The room has two single beds with white wood head
boards, two matching bedside cabinets with bedside
lights. There is plenty of room for storing clothes
etc with the added space of the double mirrored
wardrobes. The bedroom has been decorated to a good
standard with beautiful soft furnishings.
The luxury soft furnishings are beautiful and make
this room very relaxing indeed. There is also a
black out curtains if you like to sleep in complete
darkness. All linen and towels are supplied. |

SECOND BEDROOM
This lovely bright airy room has been decorated to a
good standard, with quality soft furnishings. There
are two twin beds with headboards plus matching
bedside unit in the centre with bedside light.
There is a set of double mirrored wardrobes with
ample space for clothing.

THE LOUNGE
The Lounge is a very spacious and comfortable and
ideal for chilling out and relaxing. It has been
furnished to a good standard, with a traditional
Spanish style fire place being the centre
attraction. design. The walls have large beautiful
paintings prints, making the walls interesting to
look at. The soft furnishings make it a home away
from home. There a two large leather sofas, one with
three seats, the other with two seats, large coffee
table and a coffee table with table lamp. The second
half of the lounge makes a dining area with a full
size dining table and chair. The indoor dining area
is ideal for the winter months, when the
temperatures are lower.
The Lounge has the added benefit of air conditioning
plus television with satellite TV which provides the
following channels; BBC1, BBC2, BBC3, ITV1, ITV2,
ITV3, ITV4, CH4, CH5, Sky One, E4, Sky True Movies
2, Comedy Channel, Sky Sports 1,2,3 - Sky News,
Euro-sport and the National Geographic Channel. The
large patio doors lead out to a large spacious
terrace. An extra bed can be supplied and placed in
the lounge suitable for a child if required. |

TERRACE
The terrace is south facing with large covered area
ideal for those that prefer the shade during the
hotter months.
The terrace has a full size terrace set, consisting
of dining table and four chairs. The terrace is very
private as it is set back off of the ornate walkway,
with a flower garden on the other side. The terrace
is ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing. |

KITCHEN
This kitchen is very spacious and has plenty of
cupboard space and work surface for a holiday
apartment. It is very bright and airy with a windows
opening out on the beautiful Andalusia courtyard.
The kitchen has been equipped to a very high
standard giving everything you could possible
attention to everything that you could possibly
need. The kitchen comprises of Oven/ Hob, microwave,
fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle,
and toaster. There is ample top quality crockery,
glassware, cutlery, pots and pans. This makes longer
stays and extended holidays very easy and
comfortable.

This apartment has a full size shower room with
toilet and sink/ vanity unit, decorated in true
Andalusian designs with Spanish marble and tiling.
