ABOUT CASA ROSA
This beautiful three storey townhouse is situated in
the heart of Puebla Aida, It holds a prime position,
with easy access to all of the pool areas. Casa Rosa
has two front doors, one on the road side, ideal of
loading and unloading the car. The other entrance is
off of the ornate cobbled walkway which opens into a
beautiful courtyard with a traditional Spanish
fountain as it centre piece.
The nearest pool is just a long the cobbled foot
path to the Dolphin Pool, which can be accessed with
the pool key. There are 4 Communal Pools on the
complex all within a 1 – 2 min walk. Casa Rosa is
unique as it enjoys the benefit of all day sun,
which a choice of 4 terrace areas. There are several
local bars and a mini market within walking distance
during the busy season. There is also a Club House
on the Golf course that does very nice lunches and
the walk is very nice.

THE MASTER BEDROOM
The bedroom has been furnished to a good standard
with quality dark wood furniture. It has the benefit
of quality ceiling fans and morning/afternoon sun
light from the two bedroom windows, which makes this
room very light and airy. The bedroom consists of
two single beds, two bed side cabinets with bed side
lamps, matching head boards and large chest of
drawers.
There is plenty of room for storing clothes etc with
the added space of the 2 sets of double mirrored
wardrobes. The bedroom has been decorated to a good
standard with beautiful soft furnishings and
matching curtains.

SECOND BEDROOM
This lovely bright airy room has been decorated to a
good standard, with quality soft furnishings. There
are two twin beds with headboards plus matching
bedside unit s and bedside lamps either side. The
quality fitted ceiling fan is ideal for the summer
months. There are a set of double mirrored wardrobes
with ample space for clothing.
The main feature of this bedroom is the two ornate
arch windows which open out to the cobbled walkway,

THE LOUNGE
The Lounge is a very unusual in design and shape
and very traditional in Spanish design. As well as
being very spacious and comfortable, it has a
beautiful iron work stair case which leads up to the
spacious roof terrace. The main feature of this room
is the Andalusian fire place, which has pride of
place. It has been furnished to a good standard with
full size leather sofa bed and matching leather air
chair. The room also has sideboard, coffee table,
Flat screen Tv and Dvd with selection of video and
books to choose from. There is also a stereo system,
ideal for listening to music in the evenings. The
walls have selection of Spanish prints, making them
interesting to look at. The soft furnishings make it
a home away from home. The second half of the lounge
makes a dining area with a full size dining table
and chairs. The indoor dining area is ideal for the
winter months, when the temperatures are lower. The
Lounge has the added benefit of wifi and fixed TV
channels which offer the following stations ; BBC1,
BBC2 BBC3, ITV1, ITV2, ITV3,ITV4,CH4, CH5, Sky
One,E4, Sky True Movies 2, Comedy Channel, Sky
Sports 1,2,3 - Sky News, Euro-sport and the National
Geographic Channel. The various Patio doors lead out
to a several terrace areas, which over various
aspects including the beautiful courtyard. |

TERRACES
Casa Rosa enjoys four terraces. Downstairs there is
a terrace off of the rear entrance to the house,
this is mainly used for placing the washing airer.
The lounge has access to two terrace areas. One is
North facing, the other is south facing. Both of
these terraces areas have table and chairs placed.
The last terrace is the roof terrace, this area
offers all day sun and privacy. The views from this
roof terrace are spectacular, and many hours can be
lost just gazing during different times of the day. |

KITCHEN
This kitchen is very spacious and has plenty of
cupboard space and work surface for a holiday
apartment. It is very bright and airy with a windows
opening out on the beautiful Andalusia courtyard.
Designed to be open plan via the ornate brick
arches, this kitchen gives easy access to the dining
area and terrace.
The kitchen has been equipped to a very high
standard giving everything you could possible
attention to everything that you could possibly
need. The kitchen comprises of Oven/ Hob, microwave,
fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle,
and toaster. There is ample top quality crockery,
glassware, cutlery, pots and pans. This makes longer
stays and extended holidays very easy and
comfortable.

BATHROOMS
This apartment has the benefit of two bathrooms. The
upper bathroom has a ¾ size bath and the lower
bathroom has a full size bath. Both bathrooms have
shower fitted to the baths, toilet and sinks. The
downstairs bathroom has a bidet. They are both
decorated in quality Spanish tiles and marble. |
